This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to build something.

We are building an industry-leading field operations company — and it is being built right now, by the people who are already here.

Meet VFO

This is what building VFO looks like.

Real VFO team members. No actors.

See yourself here? So do we.

What we’re building

This is where we’re going.
You could help build it.

Two statements run this business — and the second one is about you.

Our Mission

“We fuel victory through precision field operations and relentless execution.”

What every role here is measured against — in an office and at a door.

Our Vision

“To build an industry-leading field operations firm where clients achieve extraordinary outcomes and team members achieve extraordinary personal, professional and financial goals.”

Most companies keep that second half in a benefits handbook. Here it is in the vision of the company itself.

PPF — Personal. Professional. Financial.

Your job should move your life forward.
Personally. Professionally. Financially.

Growth in one of the three pulls the other two with it — and a company that only moves one of them isn’t doing its job.

If that’s what you want your next job to do for you, we should talk.

How we operate

The standard we operate by.

Values only matter when they show up in how people work, decide and treat each other. These seven are the ones VFO runs on.

Integrity

We do what’s right — every project, every time.

Accountability

We hold ourselves and each other to the standard.

Excellence

We pursue elite execution in every detail.

Innovation

We continuously improve how work gets done.

Ownership

We take initiative, solve problems and own every outcome.

Transparency

We communicate with candor, operate with clarity and confront reality.

Relentlessness

We stay in the fight until the work is finished and the objective is achieved.

The shortest version of all seven: own the outcome.

Not your task. The outcome. See it, raise it, help solve it, finish it. “That’s not my job” is not an answer here — and nobody needs to say it, because asking for help counts as ownership too.

What that looks like

See problems Raise issues early Solve them Take initiative Communicate clearly Ask for help Finish what you start

The pace

We move fast.
Really fast.

A Victory Field Operations team member out on a field program in Detroit with a clipboard of petition sheets.
  • Projects change shape while they are running.
  • Deadlines are real, and most of them are somebody else’s law.
  • Election calendars do not care whether the timing is convenient.
  • Field teams need decisions while they are standing in the street.
  • Growth keeps producing problems nobody has solved yet.

You will not be expected to figure all of that out alone.

Fast is not the same as chaotic, and being trusted with something early does not mean being abandoned with it. There is training, there are people who have done it before, and leadership is close enough to reach on the day you need it.

We push hard. We support hard.

What we holdWhat we owe you

The standard is high.

The standard is explained, not assumed.

You own your outcomes.

You get access to the people who can unblock them.

Mistakes get confronted.

Mistakes get learned from, not held over you.

You are trusted early.

You are trained first, not thrown in.

We expect you to grow.

We invest in helping you do it.

Urgency is real.

Nobody is expected to carry it by themselves.

VFO isn’t
for everyone.

  • If you need everything to stay the same, this probably isn’t your place.
  • If accountability makes you uncomfortable, this probably isn’t your place.
  • If “that’s not my job” is your default answer, this probably isn’t your place.
  • If good enough is good enough for you, this probably isn’t your place.
  • If you need someone to tell you every next step, this may not be your place.

But if you want to

Own outcomesSolve hard problemsMove fast Take responsibilityLearnLeadGrow WinBuild something much bigger than it is today

— then you might be one of us.

This is a standard, not a survival test. The same company that asks for it owes you training, straight answers and work that makes your life better.

Still reading? That’s usually a good sign.

Two paths — one VFO

Two ways in.
One standard.

Two very different kinds of work. What does not change is the standard, the expectation of ownership, or what the company owes you back.

Corporate + Full-Time Team

You won’t just inherit a job. You’ll help build the role.

A company growing this fast keeps producing work nobody owns yet. The people who step into it end up shaping where this goes.

  • Meaningful responsibility, earlier than most companies hand it over
  • Access to leadership — the people deciding are reachable
  • Learning across departments, not down a single lane
  • Helping build systems rather than only inheriting them
  • Advancement created by company growth
  • Performance-based opportunity where a role carries it
  • Variety — very few weeks look identical

Full-time employment

Full-time VFO roles, with benefits for eligible employees, training and development, and advancement created by growth rather than by turnover.

Current corporate openings are listed on our Indeed page.

Field Teams

The work happens at the door. So does the opportunity.

Field crews are not support staff at VFO — they are how the company delivers what it sells.

  • W-2 employment for applicable field roles
  • Competitive pay, paid on time and as promised
  • Training before you are sent out, not after
  • Travel opportunities and multi-state work
  • Real political and public-affairs field experience
  • Field manager opportunities for people who perform
  • Work you can point at afterwards and say you did

W-2 field employment

For applicable field roles, VFO’s field workforce is structured as an employment relationship — with the training, supervision and payroll obligations that come with it.

Field roles and locations are listed on our Indeed page.

The field can’t win without the team behind it.

The company can’t win without the people in the field.

Corporate or field — the door is the same one.

Growth in motion

We’re not maintaining what already exists.
We’re building what comes next.

Joining a mature company means stepping into a structure where every box is already filled. That is not this.

More people

New roles, and new people to build alongside.

More projects

Work arriving faster than the org chart fills.

More states

Programs in places VFO has not worked before.

More capability

Services that did not exist here two years ago.

More responsibility

Someone has to own it. Often that is you.

More opportunity

Which is the whole point of joining now.

Get in while we’re building it.

New roles appear. Teams expand. Leadership is needed sooner than planned. That is what a company in this phase produces — and it looks at the people already here first.

You won’t inherit somebody else’s finished org chart. You’ll be one of the people it gets built around.

The systems and teams that don’t exist yet.

What you get back

The deal should
work both ways.

VFO expects a lot from its people. They should expect a lot back — serious investment in growth, competitive compensation, and pay that is accurate and on time.

You did the work.
Your pay shouldn’t be a question.

Anyone who has worked in the field knows the worry: whether the hours are counted correctly, whether the amount matches what was said, and whether it arrives on time.

VFO treats payroll as a serious obligation, not an afterthought — one of the reasons applicable field roles are structured as W-2 employment.

Travel

Your office might be in another state next week.

Certain field and operational roles involve travel — different communities, different projects, sometimes at short notice. For the right person that is one of the best parts of the job. Not every position travels, and where a role does, the posting says so.

Growth + development

We expect you to grow. We invest in helping you do it.

Expecting people to take on more without preparing them is just pressure.

Why the work matters

This isn’t work that disappears into a spreadsheet.

VFO operates where the deadline is fixed by law and the outcome is public, so you can see the result of what you built. And it is the work, not the politics, we hire for: bring execution, not an ideology.

Where the work happens

Political campaigns Ballot access + petition management Public affairs Advocacy Community engagement Corporate + field intelligence Multi-state programs

What you can expect from VFO

We expect a lot.
You should too.

  • Clear expectations — you should know what winning looks like
  • Honest feedback, early enough to act on
  • Accessible leadership, not a hierarchy to petition
  • Real responsibility, not a holding pattern
  • Training and development, not only after a problem
  • Compensation taken seriously, accurately and on schedule
  • Support when the work gets hard, which it will

What VFO expects from you

And here’s
our half of it.

  • Own your work — the outcome, not only the task
  • Communicate, especially when the news isn’t good
  • Move with urgency — the calendar is not negotiable
  • Solve problems rather than routing them onward
  • Keep learning — the job will change under you
  • Hold the standard when nobody is checking
  • Finish what you start

The practical detail. Compensation, benefits, travel, eligibility and employment terms vary by position and are stated on each posting; Indeed is the current source for every open role. Advancement at VFO is earned rather than automatic.
